Every office will have a team of 6 people licensed and trained to deal with the targeted flow of prospects that will be driven by the marketing machine.

Of the 6 members 1 will be the leader and thus "manager, franchise owner" of the group.
The other 5 team members will be in training mode. Each team member will have the opportunity to build their own office and be the "Manager, Franchise Owner"

The marketing machine that is in place along with the benefits package will be the driving factor for the team members to want to join and continue to be a part of the "Retirement Preparation Team" The marketing machine is a complex and integral part of the entire opportunity

The Team

The Team consists of 6 people

  1. 1 Team Leader

  2. 2 Direct teammates

  3. 3 trainees

  4. Complimentary office staff of up to 4 additional people

What does this mean?

The group as a whole will the following Licenses

Insurance
Real-Estate
Notary Public
and perhaps
Securities 6, or 7 (not in all cases)

It is only necessary to have an Insurance license to start a team.

All members may have all licenses or only 1.
The team is a nationwide concept so if your team does not have a particular license another team will help you.

  • If Qualified you can start out as a team leader.

  • If you have no formal training you will be trained.

  • Training in sales.

  • Training in Insurance/Annuities and proper use.

  • Training in Real-Estate/Refinance/Reverse Mortgage.

  • Training on "Packaged Securities" Mutual funds/Variable.

  • Every team member will have the ability, after proper training to have their own office/team.

  • The areas will have protection for the team.

  • You will receive daily training via web-inar.

  • You will receive in person training from a successful team leader and closer.

  • You can go from untrained to team leader in as little as 2 years.
