Every office will have a team of 6 people
licensed and trained to deal with the targeted flow of
prospects that will be driven by the marketing machine.
Franchise style. The team will have a complete support staff
Of the 6 members 1 will be the
leader and thus "manager, franchise owner" of the group.
The other 5 team members will be in training mode. Each team
member will have the opportunity to build their own office and
be the "Manager, Franchise Owner"
