Of the 6 members 1 will be the leader and thus "manager, franchise owner" of the group.
The other 5 team members will be in training mode. Each team member will have the opportunity to build their own office and be the "Manager, Franchise Owner"

Baby boomers were born between the years of 1946 and 1964

They will start reaching reversemortgage age in 2008 (62yo)

They will start reaching traditional social security age in 2011 (65yo)

This boom will last 18 years at least

There are many groups trying to position themselves to take advantage of this boom.

  • The big stock brokerage firms are getting ready for this boom.

    The problem...How on earth can you become a financial/Estate Planner with only 2 weeks of training and a Insurance license? In our opinion it takes Years and you still need a mentor.

  • marketing organization represents the insurance company and the agent. they are always looking for "producers".
     

  • All marketing originations claim to have the key to getting more clients... "a secret Patten pending program" to "fill your seminar room" or "drive leads to you over the Radio" or the "super mail house" all with your money!!! This is the spaghetti theory...you know throw all at the wall and see what sticks.
     

  • Many touting EIA's as the see all end all. (The truth is EIA's are appropriate in some cases but not all cases).
